Here's How Caesars Entertainment is Using Innovative Digital Photography to Capture Unforgettable Moments

Digital photography has made it easier than ever for vacationing consumers to capture precious memories, and Caesars Entertainment is teaming up with industry veterans Picsolve to offer new photographic experiences to its guests.
The origins of legendary hotel and casino brand Caesars Entertainment can be traced right back to 1937, when Bill Harrah opened a bingo parlor in Reno, Nevada. A true success story, the company has grown exponentially from these humble beginnings, and today, Caesars Entertainment is one of the world's most recognized hotel and casino brands, employing over 30,000 people. Picsolve is a content creation company with a sharp focus on capturing holiday and theme park moments and making them accessible to the public. The company has been innovating customer experience since 1994, and was the first to install a camera on a rollercoaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach theme park in the United Kingdom in 1995.

In February 2018, Caesars Entertainment announced that it was partnering with Picsolve to offer its innovative digital photography services to its hotel and casino guests.
"Picsolve will use new technology to capture visitors' images at iconic Las Vegas locations such as the High Roller, the world's tallest observation wheel located at The LINQ Promenade; the dramatic 50-story replica Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas; and the upcoming Fly LINQ attraction at The LINQ Promenade" said Picsolve in a press release. "Roaming digital photographers will also capture candid moments throughout the resorts, including pool parties, celebrity chef restaurants, and world-class entertainment shows at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino."
A Digital Photography Platform
Picsolve's next-generation digital platform is focused on delivering its renowned photography services using the very latest in innovative technology. The new platform uses cloud-based digital media which can support cameras, printers, touchscreens, kiosks, smart phones, tablets, websites and software.
However, the element of the platform which offers the greatest benefit to guest experience is the updated and fully customized smartphone app. The app will display Caesars Entertainment branding and enable guests to quickly access their photos and decide which to purchase. Facial recognition software allows guests to find pictures of themselves which have been captured around Caesars Entertainment sites - completely removing the need for visitors to squint at a bunch of grainy old television sets, as has been the norm in the past.
The app comes with secure infrastructure, enabling guests to purchase and download selected photos, and even share them on social media straight from the app. The app also allows Caesars Entertainment to offer bespoke deals, such as discounts for bulk purchases, opening extra monetization possibilities.
Next generation greenscreen technology will also enable resort visitors to select a range of backgrounds for their photos, meaning even more fun and individual customized experiences can be delivered.

People love capturing memories of their once-in-a-lifetime trips to the world's biggest attractions. However, with most people being already equipped with a decent digital camera on their phones, companies need to innovate to incentivize guests to purchase digital photography from them instead. With the convenience and ease of the Picsolve platform giving guests access to great pictures, great visitor experiences are driven, as well as increased revenue for brands such as Caesars Entertainment.
